Ember & Bloom Counseling is currently hiring licensed therapists to join our growing team.

At this time, we are seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) who are passionate about providing affirming, client-centered care, particularly for LGBTQIA+ communities.

About the Role

• Position Type: 1099 independent contractor
• Compensation:
  • sixty percent of session fee during a ninety-day probationary period
  • increased to sixty-five percent after successful completion of probation
• Schedule: Fully flexible, therapists create their own schedules
• Location:
  • Primarily telehealth
  • Opportunity for in-person sessions in our Wallingford, CT office
