Sara is a compassionate therapist who strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. With over 15 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults in inpatient, intensive outpatient, and private practice settings, she brings a warm and grounded presence to her work.
She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and grief. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Art Therapy techniques, Sara tailors each session to the individual. She believes that each person has an innate capacity for healing and growth, and she works collaboratively with clients to build practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

Henry is a non-binary, transgender, and queer-identifying clinician who is passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community. They are a queer-affirming, sex-positive, body-positive, and kink-aware therapist, with experience supporting clients in non-monogamous and alternative relationship structures. For more than six years, Henry has worked with both youth and adults across outpatient and crisis settings.
As a neurodivergent clinician, Henry offers lived experience and insight that inform their work with neurodivergent clients. Their approach fosters a validating, collaborative space where clients can show up authentically and explore what works for their unique minds and lives. Henry brings empathy, compassion, and a holistic lens to every therapeutic relationship. They specialize in LGBTQIA+ care, utilize a trauma-informed approach, and are well-versed in evidence-based practices.
In their spare time, Henry enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with their partner and their dog, Sasha.

Sarah strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients can express themselves—whether through laughter, tears, or anything in between. She often incorporates expressive arts when words fall short, but above all, she is committed to walking alongside her clients on their unique journeys. With her clients in the driver’s seat, Sarah is there to help carry their baggage.
Sarah has worked with adults navigating challenges such as loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, body dysmorphia, and gender-affirming care. She is trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Art Therapy, and integrates these modalities into her practice based on individual client needs.

A is a proud non-binary, transgender, queer, and neurodivergent mental health counselor who is passionate about serving their LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. They are dedicated to providing affirming mental health care and creating a space where clients can explore, express, and celebrate their true selves. They are not afraid to address difficult topics that are often stigmatized by society. Committed to being a transgender-, queer-, sex-, poly-, and fat-positive counselor, A works to support clients in all aspects of their identity. A specializes in Internal Family Systems (IFS), also known as Parts Work, a therapeutic approach that helps individuals with trauma heal by recognizing and addressing the different parts of themselves. This method is especially helpful in resolving inner conflicts and emotional distress, fostering inner harmony and self-compassion.

With over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in the non-profit sector, Jesse has also been an active contributor to social justice and community-building initiatives through community activism. Jesse brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work, committed to creating a safe space for self-discovery and growth. She incorporates evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT into her work, helping clients develop coping strategies, emotionally regulate, and navigate their unique journeys toward well-being.
